We do not collect payment information directly — purchases on the store are processed by Shopify and Stripe.
How we use it
Email addresses are used to send the newsletter and communications you requested. Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. Surgical inquiry form submissions are shared with contracted urology practices in your area for the purpose of facilitating a consultation — only with your consent, as indicated by completing the form.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use tracking cookies beyond what is required for basic analytics (Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4).
Email communications
You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing is immediate and permanent unless you re-subscribe.
