Discovery call
30 min · FreeWe talk through where you are, what you've already tried, and what outcomes matter most to you. I'll tell you honestly whether coaching is the right tool for your situation — and if not, what is.
Baseline assessment
Week 1Complete intake covering sleep architecture, HRV baseline, training history, nutrition approach, stress load, and any available lab work. If you don't have labs, I'll tell you exactly which panels to order and where.
Protocol design
Week 2Your protocol is built from your data, not a template. The specific supplements, training adjustments, sleep interventions, and recovery tools that fit your biology, your schedule, and your starting point.
Weekly coaching
Ongoing1:1 calls weekly. We review your biometric data, adjust the protocol based on what the numbers show, and address anything that came up. No guessing — the data drives the decisions.
Continuous optimization
OngoingProtocols evolve as your metrics improve. What works at your baseline may need to change at month 3. The relationship continues as long as there's progress to be made.

Common questions
Is coaching right for me?
Coaching works best for men who have already addressed the basics — consistent sleep, regular training, reasonable diet — and want to optimize within that foundation using data. If fundamentals are missing, I'll tell you that on the discovery call.
What results have your clients achieved?
Across 47 clients, average improvements include: free testosterone up 45%, HRV baseline up 68%, subjective energy and recovery scores up significantly. Individual results vary based on baseline status and adherence.
Do I need to already have lab work?
No. If you don't have recent labs, I'll specify exactly which panels to order — total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, thyroid, cortisol, and a full metabolic panel as a minimum. Most are available through your GP or direct-to-consumer services.
What is the investment?
Coaching starts at $1,500 for a 3-month engagement. This covers protocol design, weekly calls, and ongoing adjustments. The discovery call is free and there's no obligation to proceed.
What if I don't improve?
The protocol is built from evidence and adjusted based on your data — but biology is individual and no outcome can be guaranteed. If the data shows a protocol isn't working after a reasonable trial period, we adjust. The accountability goes both ways.
How soon will I see results?
Some metrics — HRV, sleep scores, subjective energy — often shift within the first 2–4 weeks. Hormonal changes from supplementation typically take 8–12 weeks to fully manifest in bloodwork. The 90-day window is where the most meaningful data appears.
